Group Courses in Meditation
Weekend courses are our current primary model venuefor beginning instruction. Beginning courses in a retreat environment provide support and opportunity for deep investigation in settings conducive to stillness and awareness. An added benefit of the retreat setting is the shared experience with seasoned practitioners.
Six week courses are offered upon request for organziations or spiritual groups
Four-week courses are available to the public and led by senior practitioners and experienced students in the mentoring group.
Eight week Mindfulness-based courses (MBSR) include considerable body work and are offered in eight 2 1/2 hour sessions (publically about once a year).
All courses can be tailored for various circumstances and populations.

Individual Courses
Independently, do a computer-based meditation course.
Follow up individual or group course with ongoing individual work
Look with mindfulness at your visions, goals, desires in a creating process
Use a formal assessment to look with mindfulness and awareness at your stressors and your responses to stress
