Consciousness - Insight and Mindfulness


Our meditation courses are a direct experiential training in mindfulness, awareness, and insight. The teachings provide the means for you to become a conscious and active part of your own evolutionary process, for cultivating contemplative awareness and compassionate action within our culture.

Meditation in Groups

Weeend Retreats provide an environment for sustained stillness and awareness, are conducive to deep integration of meditation teachings, and thus provide both an enriching and deepening opportunkty for experienced meditators, as well as a rich and powerful beginning experience.

One session to eight week courses are offered upon request for groups or organizations. We can offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), but prefer to tailor a program specifically to meet the needs of your population.
