Are you interested in a group for Meditating Mental Health Professionals (or for Helping Professions in general)? We are planning groups to begin after the beginning of 2008. They will meet for two hours on a week day, probably once a month on Friday. Contact Mary with questions about fees and program details or with comments about your specific interests. Minimum number of participants is five people ready to make a six month committment.

If you already have meditation skills, you are welcome to join Mentoring and Leadership Training. The training combined with a steady meditation practice of your own will enhance your professional practice.
